Very experienced in conveyancing and all property matters both residential and commercial. John is married and has two daughters and two grandchildren. Ilona - Jade Morgan LL.B (Hons) LL.M
Born and raised in Clitheroe, Ilona enjoyed work experience with the firm before graduating from Lancaster University with a 2.1 Ll.B (Hons).
Ilona was offered a full-time position with the firm before completing her LPC and Masters at the University of Law in Manchester in 2018 and qualifying as a solicitor in January 2019.
Ilona specialises in Wills and Probate. She also has excellent experience in Residential Conveyancing, Lasting Powers of Attorneys and Trusts.
Outside of the office Ilona enjoys spending time with her family.

Keith is Consultant Solicitor and former Managing Partner based at our Clitheroe office. Keith was born and brought up in the Ribble Valley. He has worked in Clitheroe for over 35 years establishing and running his own practice before joining the partnership in 2008. Keith has a wide ranging practice in non-contentious matters particularly Wills, Probate and Trusts, as well as Residential and Commercial Conveyancing. Keith is married with three grown up sons. Away from the pressures of the office he enjoys walking and is a past Chairman of Clitheroe Round Table.

Over the years she gained experience in all aspects of Residential Conveyancing and progressed to a Fee Earner and qualified as a Licenced Conveyancer in 2003. She is also experienced in Estate Administration, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, having qualified as a Licenced Probate Practitioner in 2015. Maggie also gained the STEP diploma in administration of Estates

Rachel Horman-Brown is a Director & Solicitor and the head of the Family Department. She specialises in cases of domestic abuse and stalking with a very fast growing niche practice in cases involving coercive control. Sophia is a solicitor and director specialising in cases involving disputes in respect of the living and contact arrangements for children. In recent years, she has enjoyed a growing practice in international children law cases. These include being instructed by parents who wish to relocate abroad with their children, whether temporarily or permanently. Sophia has experience of acting in cases where there has been a history of drug and alcohol misuse, and domestic abuse as well as allegations of parental alienation. Sophia has also advised and represented parents on applications about specific issues in a child’s upbringing where there is a disagreement between the parents.

Senior Associate Solicitor
Stuart is an experienced Family solicitor focussing on assisting clients going through divorce, separation and the financial matters associated with such events.
Having qualified in 2005, he has practiced family law ever since, progressing to become the Head of Family Law at his previous firm prior to joining us. He holds a particular specialism in family finance matters, separation and unmarried property disputes.
He has experience of dealing with high profile cases and complex separations, with expertise in handling the distribution of pensions on divorce, including high value pensions.
He brings a non-confrontational approach to his practice, always seeking to help parties reach amicable resolutions wherever possible but is robust and dynamic when necessary.

Hannah joined Watson Ramsbottom in July 2017 as a Conveyancing Assistant having completed her Law degree (BA Hons) in 2017 from the University of Law in Leeds.
She progressed to Conveyancing Executive, working in our Property Team whilst continuing to study, completing her Legal Practice Course and combined Master’s Degree and taking up a training contract. Hannah qualified as a Solicitor in February 2022.
Based in our Steele & Son Clitheroe Office, Hannah deals with all aspects of both new build purchases and the related sales with knowledge of re-mortgages, residential transactions and freehold purchases

Michele is a Conveyancing Executive at our Steele & Son Clitheroe office
She began taking on her own matters & cases in July 2022 after previously working as a legal secretary.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her teenage daughter, skiing and socialising with friends!
Aqsa is a Solicitor based at Blackburn in our Dispute Resolution Department. She joined Watson Ramsbottom in February 2022.
Having attended school in Blackburn, Aqsa attained her LLB at UCLAN before progressing to attain her LPC and Master of Laws (LLM) at the same University.
Whilst qualifying, Aqsa worked at Glassbrooks Solicitors in Lytham St. Annes, initially as a paralegal, progressing through a training contract, gaining experience in mixed litigation, conveyancing, private client and family law, qualifying as a Solicitor in May 2021.
Aqsa works in our Dispute Resolution department, focusing on all aspects of Litigation.
